Our President and Founder, Noah T. Fosbre
Noah T. Fosbre started his career in the industry attending a local beauty college at the age of 17. Deemed “Most Employable Student” at graduation, Noah began his styling career with JC Penny in Olympia. Two years later Noah became one of the youngest cosmetology instructors to be licensed in Washington State. Over the next few years, he taught cosmetology at several local schools including Clover Park Technical College. Noah then joined Dennis Jensen at Salon Fifth Avenue accelerating his fulltime career as a Professional Stylist and building a loyal clientele. Noah also joined the committee that designed and implemented the Washington State Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program (WSCAP) created when Governor Locke signed SHB 2202 in May of 2003 and then became its lead instructor! In 2007, Noah accepted a position as Learning Leader at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle while continuing to support his loyal clientele in Olympia.
Noah continues to broaden his skills and expand his creative style through professional development courses from industry leaders including Aveda, Sassoon, Tony & Guy, and Jamison Shaw. As a result, Noah promotes a synthesized approach to cosmetology derived from his extensive education and experience.
As President and Founder of Fosbre Academy of Hair Design, Noah is dedicated to helping eager students launch successful careers as professional cosmetologists. The Academy provides exceptional education, personal encouragement, and substantial opportunities to develop and demonstrate your business skills, personal confidence, technical competency and artistic creativity.
